How do I apply for a wholesale customer account?
Click here to request your wholesale customer account. The approval process is done within 24 hours.
How do I log in to my wholesale customer account?
- You need to have a wholesale account already set up. If you don't have one, see previous question.
- Go to akttherapy.com
- Click the "Log in" link (on desktop: top-right of the website / on mobile: in the main dropdown menu)
- Use your wholesale customer login credentials
- Once you're logged in, you'll have access to all our products at wholesale prices.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Log into your wholesale customer account, add the desired quantity of products to your cart, and check out to complete your order.
I can't see the wholesale prices!
- Make sure you're logged in to our website with your wholesale customer account.
- If you are logged in, but you still can't see the wholesale prices, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, try logging out, and logging back in.
- If you still can't access the wholesale prices, please let us know at email@example.com, and tell us what email address is associated with your wholesale customer account. We'll be happy to take a look and try to resolve the problem!
What are the minimums for wholesale orders?
Our current minimum for wholesale orders is 6 full-size products. This is subject to change.
What payment methods are available?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I get payment terms?
We do not currently offer payment terms. All orders must be paid before we can ship your order.
When will my order ship? Can I track my shipment?
We fulfill wholesale orders within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
What's your return policy?
We're more than happy to offer a return on a product received that is damaged or defective. If this is the case with your order, please send us a detailed note with a photo within seven days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of the issue right away. Following this seven-day period, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
Do you have logos, product photos & copy I can use on my website / social media?
