Returns & Refunds

Due to the intensive process required to make each small batch of AKT Therapy Skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on dissatisfaction. Each product is made with care and love by a small team, and we hope you understand, processing returns is very difficult.

That said, we are more than happy to offer a return on a product that is in damaged or defective. If this is the case with your item, please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to us at contact@akttherapy.com and we will take care of the issue right away. Following this seven days, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
