I wrote a review last month about the bronzer pump not working. Akt Therapy sent me a new bottle and a free Rad Face Oil. They recommended hitting the bottom of the bottle like an old school ketchup bottle and that has worked great. I shake the bottle, roll it around in my hands like a nail polish bottle then do the ketchup bottle trick and it works every time. The balm is amazing! It adds a little color and coverage, almost like a tinted moisturizer and definitely protects your skin from the sun. I wore it for a full day of kayaking, only reapplied once and my face stayed entirely protected from the sun. I have sensitive acne prone skin and haven’t had any issues with either product.

Thank you so much for the review. The bronzer contains beeswax, which can fluctuate in temperature and become harder. What we suggest to get the pump going is to run the bronzer bottle under or let it sit in hot water. This will heat up the product enough that it should start to pump properly. We know the pump has been an issue for some people and are going to address it by an email And a social media video showing how we can try and fix this problem. Thank you again.
